Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has *ex officio* powers to detain suspected shipments of counterfeit products.

If you own registered trademarks and/or registered/unregistered copyrights in Canada, we can prepare, file and monitor your Request for Assistance (RFA) with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) in order to intercept counterfeit goods before entering into Canada and provide customs with updated information on suspected importers of counterfeit.

Click the link here to obtain a copy of the form to file with CBSA.

Note: There is no registration/filing fee associated with CBSA's RFA program.  In addition, our firm does not charge any fee associated with the filing and recording of your trademarks or copyrights with CBSA.
